I’ve been a resident here at 50 at Granite Run for almost two months. I am extremely happy with the decision to live here and call this home! I looked at a couple of other complexes and this just felt right from the beginning. The management and staff have been very welcoming, accommodating, attentive and very organized! Could not be more pleased with the reception. I downsized from a house of 36 years and the move to the apartment was almost seamless. Similar amenities, comfort, convenience and location made the move so easy and without stress. Complex is very well kept, security is very good, parking is so convenient and amenities (mail, Amazon, fitness center, library, open space) made this an incredibly easy transition. And the grandkids love the game room and can’t wait for the pool to open. Lastly, noise level, for me, has been quite surprisingly low, given this is a pet friendly complex and located in a busy area. Very pleased that it is very quiet! Could not be happier!

The motorcycle noise is not only out of control but it is getting worse. It's tough to sleep when you're dealing with loud noise from Access Road and Kohl's parking lot. Yes, this complex is nice, clean and people here are friendly but not soundproofed at all!

We moved into 50 at Granite Run in June and the management team here has been very helpful. When we have any maintenance issues, they are quick to come fix them. They also hold community events regularly to get residents and the staff together. Our time here thus far has been great and we appreciate all the staff on site!
