I met Mike at an open house. Although, I did not buy that home, I ended up purchasing a property nearby. As time went on, I was impressed with the updated market information received. When the time was right, I utilized his services to list and sell my home. Long story short, multiple offers and the home sold quickly! Mike and his team were friendly, engaging and results oriented. Mike is a really knowledgeable real estate agent and a great person to work with. I was in the process of trying to buy my first home and was looking around Lake Forest area. After speaking with a couple of real estate agents, I wasn't impressed (they either felt like they didn't care or weren't willing to explain/break down the process). I ended up finding Mike and I knew pretty quickly he was the kind of agent I wanted to work with. He was very nice but also told me what I needed to hear and kept my expectations realistic - especially in this insane market - which I really appreciated. He was also generous with his time - he picked up the phone and thoroughly answered ALL of my questions. That being said, if you're looking for a real estate agent, talk to Mike. I honestly can't recommend him enough.

From the moment I met Mike Doyle, I knew he would be an excellent agent. First impressions when meeting with Mike was that he was very knowledgeable, experienced, and really listened to our needs. Additionally, he is very positive and responsive to any questions or concerns. Literally, he was available anytime I texted or emailed and always reached out to me as soon as possible. One attribute that stood out for me was his local knowledge. He knew all the schools in the area, he knew our house belonged to the wonderful Sun & Sail Club, and he knew the shopping and entertainment areas (Irvine Spectrum) nearby, which were all positive attributes for the house's location. Mike was also very keen at knowing the market for our house and how it would be advertised. When the house was ready to put on the market, Mike staged it beautifully! It really looked fantastic. The negotiations and escrow went smoothly as well. Almost all the documents were done online, which was very convenient. Overall, our experience with Mike and Century 21 Masters was first-rate!
