Closed on Saturdays now? Location only open 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. With my commute I'm busy 10 1/2 hours a day... So, now I have to take off at least 2 hours of work to access my Safe Deposit box?! That is beyond RIDICULOUS.

SUMMARY: The nearby bank that delivers both excellent customer services and financial services DETAILS: I've been a customer to this bank since 2008. Nearby my home and next to Rai's Indian Bazar (Indian grocery store) makes it it mighty convenient. Like other Wells Fargo Banks, customer service is exceptional. The bank was excellent in helping me access my mother's accounts after I obtained power of attorney. Other times that I had to use more than just the 'window' services were always helpful and professional. One nice thing about this particular Wells Fargo is that it offers medallion stamp services. Most people could go a lifetime without needing to medallion stamp anything, but this is the Valley, and I work at a startup. The only real compensation is with stock. And, once those little pieces of paper actually have some value to them, then you certainly will need a medallion stamp to be able to deposit them. Yes, this branch caters to startups. And, I can just go next door and get a delicious samosa as well.

This branch keep to keep up with all the other branches. No ATM that allow you to withdraw a large amount of money.. A wasted of my time.
