Loooooooove this place. Recent transplants to NJ and in search of a good Japanese spot. Holy moly! The rolls are ALL amazing. Every time we go we try something new and it doesn't disappoint. Our favorite roll that we always end the night with is the Paradise roll - who thought banana and seafood would make such a heavenly combination. Prices and atmosphere are wonderful.

Such a beautifully decorated, and delicious spot. Every fine detail has been thoroughly executed, and the food is absolutely incredible. We have never had a bad meal here, and will continue to come and enjoy the experience they offer.

After always passing this place on rt 34, we finally decided to give Ginkaku a try and were delighted with our experience. I started off with a Hiro Sunrise, which was sweet & refreshing. We then moved onto appetizers. The shrimp shumai was soft & melted in your mouth. Then we moved onto the spring rolls, which were delicious with the chili sauce & the chicken lettuce wraps which were packed with pieces of chicken, veggies & the pineapple gave it a tangy sweetness. Then we got the black angel roll (no avocado) and it was fantastic! We finished off our dinner with the vanilla ice cream tempura & another drink. Everything was absolutely delicious & we enjoyed our time! They had a nice ambience, the restaurant was clean, and the dishes & cutlery was so cute! We found our new favorite local sushi place & takeout spot!

Found our new sushi place, for both dine in and take out. We've tried this place a few times for sushi take out and it has been nothing less than amazing. Tonight we decided to try dine in for the first time, and oh. my. gosh. Everything was incredible from start to finish. The restaurant looked clean and organized, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was outstanding. The fish was super fresh, the rice was cooked perfectly, and the balance of flavors in the rolls took the dishes to the next level. If you haven't tried this place before, I HIGHLY recommend checking them out. Great service, fresh food, amazing experience!
