I want to start of by saying I don’t normally write reviews unless I really am happy with service I get , with that been said I am very happy with the service this place gives you they are very nice , clean and bagels are always fresh so that’s a big plus I always come here to get my breakfast highly recommend ( they have new management so things are really great)

First time here and I got a turkey bacon, tomato with cream cheese on a everything bagel toasted. I asked for turkey bacon to be extra crispy and I did not get that.. it didn’t even look like it got put on the stove to cook it and then on top of that I found a black hair strand in my bagel will never be coming back here again not worth the $10 that I spent between that and a drink

I'm only putting 1 star because it doesn't have 0 stars .. Asian man very rude. I had long brown strands of hair in my bagel and he gets an attitude with me & yelled what do i want him to do ? 😒 🤦 UNSANITARY !!!! He clearly had someone there with long brown hair making the sandwiches so he knows i was not making it up or plant it there myself, but Learn Customer Service. I understand sometimes mistakes happen . Have your cooks wear hair nets & apologize to me, ask me what can be done to make this right. Offer me a coffee on the house, offer me a breakfast sandwich on you the next time or just simply be nice about it smile & apologize and offer to make a new sandwich just to name a few suggestions... i had to drive back there a 2nd time, what are you yelling at me for ??? I'm the one that should be upset 😡 not you..People are crazy🤪

Order a platter and want my toast with ask them nicely to put butter on toast when hot was told he couldn’t do that way he then threw my food in the garbage told him all you had to do is make me new toast gave me my money back and kick money back and said don’t come back in the store and they was hair in another one of sandwich was one the best store before
