They are a REAL full service car wash. They cleaned my floor mats too. The staff is very friendly. I will be bringing my car to them from now on.

I have a minivan and they spent a good half hour on it vacuuming and cleaning it. The car looked great afterwards. The service manager was also very friendly.

If you just want a basic wash than you'll most likely be fine but i bought my truck in for a full service wash. It was the worst experience i had at a car wash in a long time. They guy they put on my truck has no idea what he's doing. First he sprayed tire shine all over my tires and rims to the poit it was dripping off. After telling him and the manager this he just mooshed it around. The truck needed to be wiped down so he decided to use window cleaner on my paint after i told them that i just had it ceramic coated. He used the same rags as he did to wipe the outside down on the inside. The windows where disgusting after he "cleaned" them. I tried to get his boss to put someone else on my truck and he just said sometimes the guys don't understand and just walked away. All the and they charged me $37. Never again will I go to this place. What a horrible experience. I had to bring the truck home and spent 2 hours re cleaning the whole thing.

I love the Carleton CarWash. I come here all the time and highly recommend the Super Wash + Tire Package. The inside of my car looked absolutely filthy until I went here and they cleaned it up real good. Thank you again to the Car Wash attendants and staff. You guys do a great job. Been coming here all my life and will keep coming here.
