Make sure to bring your own soap if you plan on showering or washing your hands. They provided no bars of soap. None for the sink, none for the shower. Since we checked-in and went directly to the church we had no idea. We only realized it the next morning when we awoke. We stayed only one night & my wife brought body wash thank goodness. I was forced to use a drop of shampoo from the provided 1 ounce bottle to wash my hands after using our bathroom. We were part of a group attending a wedding. Check-in gift bags were provided for our group but the check-in desk, that knew we were part of that group, never said a word. Only when were are at the reception the mother of the bride asked if we got ours and she was mad that we were never given the gift bag. We got it at 1 am after we returned from the reception. Continental breakfast is available, for $10.00. The app had no contact check-in. We checked on the morning of, via the app. They said just go directly to your room as we had an electronic key on the app we didn't require a key card. No need to stop at the front desk. We stopped at the front desk to ask a question and before they would assist us we were required to produce a credit card & photo ID (even though my credit card was already charged before we arrived). The rooms were clean and the beds were GREAT. Mattress was firm & I couldn't even feel any movement when my wife would get in and out of bed.

If I could give this place a no star I would. If you read the below comments it’s a great place for weddings and parties. It’s extremely noisy at 11pm at night and on . The hall ways are full with family members of the parties that are going in and out to their event to their rooms. It feels like a college dormitory the drinking and the loud noise. There’s an event every day and night constantly busy with people in and out. It’s not safe because strangers that’s aren’t guest can roam around the floors. It’s okay to have events in the ballroom but the staff only cares more about the hosting their events than the other guests that are staying for other reasons. Don’t recommend if you want to get a peaceful sleep or have kids. Not a family hotel with the amount noises and drinking in the halls. No room service, no housekeeping unless you requested and it takes a long time, concierge extremely rude and no customer service.

Had an overnight stay for a wedding. The block of rooms reserved was not clustered together. The room smelled of smoke, despite the big sign at the end of the corridor that it was a smoke free building. The AC was weird- it would kick on very low, then go to full fan very quickly. The bathroom was clean and modern, good shower pressure and control. The staff was very pleasant, and despite having guests for 3 weddings, was on top of delivering gift bags for each without problems. The breakfast the next morning was scrambled eggs, bacon, muffins, croissants, bagels, yogurt, and coffee. There could have been more tables and chairs, based on the number of registered guests for that wedding

I used to really like this place when we visit my mother in law. Unfortunately they replaced the shower curtains with shower doors. That's not the bad part. The bad part is that the shower is so narrow. Then they put this huge handicap bar in as well. This leaves no room for a chubby person such as myself. The last stay the shower water pressure was awful. Otherwise the rooms are nice and clean. The staff is friendly.

I stayed for 4 weeks, and each night for a double queen bed was 179 plus 20 for tax, with an additional 20 every day for incidentals
