Some of the rudest people that just cut you off while you're trying to explain your situation and has the audacity to say "I've been working here long enough to know we don't accept letters, only forms" just for her to find out that they DID want a letter from my doctor and then didn't even apologize.

There was a little asian dude who does not want to help me on the phone. And acted like a robot repeating the same information. When I have already done what was required of me . I am keep trying and being nice. Though these are the prison games and you don't know how bad you are hurting me . You punk

On time, outstanding service, straightforward, polite, courteous, prepared, and just simply wow!, for any DMV experience, no matter how many states om which you've had a license. And, it's the entire staff. Kudos.

I visited this place for My driving license application verification, which was unnecessarily raised by DMV Santa Ana, as the person who was handling my case has no knowledge on VISA. The officer was very good. Within 2-3 minuets he assured my application process. He was also surprised why this verification raised for me.
