This was bad. They stole money from my car. My change, which I leave out, was gone. I typically remove items from my car because of experiences like this but they found the change. I came here because it was close. There is nothing so horrible as the feeling of theft.

Met with the new owner of the car wash. He is a pro who knows how to deliver superior service. He also mentioned that from Monday thru Thursdays until NOON, seniors (over 65) get $5.00 off. No coupon beats that!

Got a coupon for a full service car wash at this place from the dealership that services my vehicle, YAY! A hidden gem! Now I know where to go for an excellent car wash! The guys used compressed air to blow debris out from crevices before the wash and also after the wash to dry away moisture. The wheels really got a good scrubbing. the whole body of the vehicle was well cleaned by the equipment. Dry, clean cloths are used for each vehicle and then put into laundry, so there is no stale wet cloth smell left in the vehicle after clean up is done AND the windows are not streaky because the cloths are clean!! The floor mats were removed from the vehicle, scrubbed and dried on a rack. All in reasonable time! Amazing! pleasant methodical thorough workers and an owner who is interested in fine details of quality consistent service! Try this place!

I went to HIcksville car wash for the first time yesterday. I needed an oil change and a car wash. They use full synthetic oil (not a blend). I was in and out of there in 30 minutes for both services. Great Experience. There is a new owner and he was so nice to deal with. I will definitely be back.
