Couldn't leave a message either and that line is also for residents so I could only imagine if I lived there and had a problem.

I enjoyed my 9 months at Eagle Rock, I got this apartment due to construction in my house. This place is so clean, warming and the neighbors are amazing. never played loud music, never heard screaming or conflicts I would definitely move there again if needed.

I sing high praises for the team of Arlene and Mario at Eagle Rock Apartments in Hicksville. The two of them worked diligently with me to secure an apartment for my handicapped cousin over the course of several months while we were waiting for his house to sell. They have both gone above and beyond to meet our needs and are the kindest most helpful people God sent our way to help my cousin in this transition. They continue to be a point of contact for us as needs arise. My cousin is SO happy in his new living situation and much of that is due to Mario and Arlene reaching out to him by name and making him feel so safe and comfortable there! THANK YOU Arlene and Mario- you are simply the best.

I have had a seamless experience from my initial inquiry , continuing throughout the leasing procedures , moving in , and it has continued for the last couple months since my move in. A special thanks is extended to Denise & Mario in the leasing office , who were extremely accommodating , with excellent & prompt communication & made the entire process a true pleasure! Most of all a huge thank you to Anthony, the Superintendent at the Hicksville property who from day 1 quickly & professionally accommodated any request or need with a smile . I can not give higher accolades & have been extremely happy here from day 1 to the present.
