Its a great visit everytime I go to Macy's. They have the best clothes, bags, jewelry and makeup. There is also a last act section which I love, great prices!

The store overall is great. Been coming here for years with no issues. However, the women in the shoe department need to be changed. They are very very rude. They pick and choose who they would like to help and just ignore the ones they don’t want to help. When you say something, they get angry. No customer service whatsoever. I’ve never had a sales person EVER give me so much attitude. They used to have a very good staff, not sure what happened.

I wwent to the female shoe dept. with a friend. The wait for service is always very long here (I'v been here a few times before, but not my choice). The associate was helpful but what discourages me from going to this location is that some of the other female workers there have extremely bad attitudes. The women's petite clothing section is extremely small and in a far corner of the store (not much options at this location). There is a lot of free mall parking.

Good spot to get fragrances the staff helps a lot. Ample parking, still looks like an old version of Macy’s but still decent considering the location.
