Just bought a brand new car and figured I would treat myself to a car wash before showing it off to my friends and family. Big mistake! After coming home I noticed all swirl scratches on my car. The car was a day old and in mint condition. I am so upset and disappointed over this. I paid $41.32 for a “super” wash and left there with a car that is going to cost me a whole lot more to fix. Definitely won’t be returning my car here for a wash and do not recommend especially if you have a new car. Total fail!

I called ahead to ask if hand wash was provided and the lady on the phone said yes and she also said the average hand wash is about $50. I pulled in with my Lamboghini and the rate went from $50 to $150.00 needless to say that my car wasn’t even that dirty I just like to keep it pristine. These guys are crooks and think that people with expensive vehicles are just plain stupid.

Felt like the job was rushed way too pricey for average service. Tire shine sucks very dull. Not happy with the out come last time.

I understand my car was very dirty from a ski trip so I decided to pay for the highest package. I was not happy with the results it looks like it was rushed. The car mats Paid to be washed were still dirty my center console and parts of the dashboard was just wiped once or twice. Tire shine was cheap or barely used because by the time i got to work after it was dry (photo)
