This store has always been great for Amazon returns until yesterday. Amazon says during the return process that a box or label is not required for returning via UPS. I go to the store and the male worker said I needed a box for my item. No worker has ever said that to me before. I have always returned small items without a box before, and it's never been an issue. He wouldn't let me return it and tried to get me to buy a box. I ended up going home. This was extremely inconvenient for me to have to come back again.
