Didn't end up staying. Got a full refund and stayed at another hotel. I'm giving the 2 stars because the staff was exceptional, accommodating, and friendly. They didn't give me any hassle about getting a refund. They also took the time to show me other rooms at the hotel. Overall the place just wasn't very clean and needs some major updating.

if i can give this hotel a 0 i would, customer service was bad right when we walk through the door, then when we got to the room all the top covers where stained, bathroom was not clean, everything was dusty, lights would flicker as me and my family would walk, then when we went to tell the guy at front desk that we wanted are money back he said he couldn’t do it and that we had to call the number we made the reservation with so we did and then after i explained my whole situation with the person on the phone he said we where all set that the money was being processed back, i definitely would not recommend this place to ANYONE. wish there was something good to say but sadly there isn’t

fine on a budget, rooms are big, internet is fast enough for normal tasks. there seemed to be a power outage when I was there but was fixed quickly. fridge doesn't have an adequate freezer and the TV doesn't have many channels.

Positive: It's dated, but very clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly, bed comfortable, and room was spacious, with a decent sized work desk. Negative: Outlets were minimal and tough to access. Might want to consider adding some more accessible outlets/ports near the desk.
