We we greeted by Tyler when we arrived and he is wonderful so we knew we were in for a great stay ! The hotel staff is excellent , the cleaners keep this place immaculate , rooms and common area were terrific ! Mark at the front desk also is a wonderful staff member there and we thank he and Tyler for their top notch service and friendly demeanors ! Pool was open for use as was the gym in case some are wondering if covid protocols are causing them to be out of use . Breakfast was a surprise ! Our first morning we had western omelette, sausage , and breakfast potatoes , but there was also a selection of cereals , yogurt , muffins , bananas , apples, blueberries, several bread options with a toaster , boiled eggs , and huge Belgian waffles with the BW emblem in the center that you can make yourself ! The following day was similar except the western omelette was instead a plain scramble and the sausage was switched to bacon .. nice amount of food selection for a family ! Great value included in the stay , thanks Anna for starting our mornings with a great breakfast and a smile ! The area is safe and quiet and Walmart and several restaurants are a short drive away ! I hope we make it back for another stay soon !

Not one of the better places to stay in my opinion. Got an room with kitchen, and there were 2 plates, and a salad plate - ALL DIRTY! No forks, no bowls, and one glass. No dish soap, nothing to wash dishes. WARNING - Pool has been "under maintenance" since we arrived. I was told it would be open yesterday at 3:00 PM, but still not open today. Two stars because so far no pests...

Hotel was clean, room was decent. Our bathroom could have been cleaner. The shower had something pink on the ceiling, possibly mold. When we arrived, we were disappointed to find out that the pool was closed for maintenance since we had booked based on the fact it had an indoor pool that we planned to use. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
