I have worked with Jane Lee for a number of years for our family trusts. She is very professional, thoughtful and compassionate. We love her and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We went to see Peter Keon to have a will and trust done. He made us feel comfortable in a relaxed atmosphere. When we went back to sign papers, he was very thorough in explaining everything and answered any questions we had. Our experience was excellent.

We had our 3 year review with Peter. It was very productive as we needed to review our trust. Peter put our big trust book back in order. He made sure the corrections identified last review were taken care of. An out of state property was added to the trust. We discussed any changes that we might want to make and talked about what else would make our trust better. We decided that for now we are good with our family trust as it stands. We left with 4 items we needed to confirm or change. A. Very good review.

We have entrusted Kavish, Minor and Otis with our estate planning since 2005. Peter Keon has guided us from the beginning starting with replacing a previous family trust with the one currently in place. Typically we meet every three years to review changes that may have occurred in the law or in our lives. That has resulted in four amendments as family situations relative to children growing up and having their own children, and from dealing with special circumstances from two children from a previous marriage both of whom have been divorced. Throughout the years, Peter has remained undaunted in seeing the issues, pointing them out with the consequences and recommending changes for us to consider. Despite the time period that elapses between visits, he remembers every detail of our trust and amendments without hesitation and guides us through the decision process. We have complete confidence in Peter and are pleased with the way we are cared for by his firm.

If you die without a Will (intestate), the legislature of your state has already determined who will inherit your assets and when they will inherit them. You may not agree with their plan, but, unfortunately, the estates of roughly 70 percent of Americans are handled this way.
