If I had looked at this menu prior to my friends making a reservation i never would have chosen this place to dine as the menu isn't really to my taste... However, the food and drinks were EXCELLENT. Fried cauliflower (which i don't particularly enjoy) tasted like the most delicious General Gau chicken I've ever had. I didn't sample the escargot or eggplant appetizer, but i understand they were both excellent. The tuna steak was not what i was expecting but was fantastic. The cheese plate i would highly recommend. Washed everything down with a couple blood orange margaritas that were just about perfect. Service was attentive but not overbearing.

We had a great dinner at Arugula. We came on a Friday and didn’t have a reservation, but we’re able to be seated quickly. The service was very nice from start to finish and we never felt rushed, which I appreciate. For appetizers we enjoyed the grilled calamari and the falafel za’atar and olive dish. Both were delicious. For my meal, I had the Atlantic salmon which was a great dish. It has incredible flavor. For dessert, we tried the espresso brownie sundae which was amazing. It was a wonderful meal from start to finish! Highly recommend.

Arugula, lead by Chef Chris, has put up very tasteful and effective plexiglass barriers between adjoining tables. We felt extremely well separated from the other guests at this awesome restaurant.
