Poor customer service - unable to complete delivery of much needed food during the pandemic- used delivery service - paid extra for delivery- never received - order cancelled when it was to be delivered - A COMPLETE FAIL - unable to reach corporate to resolve in a reasonable amount of time - WILL GO ELSEWHERE after spending $$$ (really about $ 250,000) in this store over the past 20 years. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED with this company

Banning CA store: Woman behind the deli counter wears the mask under her nose and another man there wear in under his chin. Don't go there until the state law is enforced. I went to customer service to complain and was told "We give everyone of our employees a mask". Since I was purchasing deli I asked the woman to cover her nose and her response was "Look around many people shopping are doing the same". I pointed out to her she is working and breathing on the salads I wanted to purchase.

Questions & Answers

Why are your employees allowed to chew gum when checking people out? Very unprofessional and it’s a know fact that saliva is excreted out of your mouth when chewing. The people in the deli department do it too while handling fresh food.

Yuck. I don't know how 'known' that fact is, but I do know that spit will exit peopless mouths from talking, so if these known facts upset your sensitive self too much I suggest becoming 100% self sustainable and go out and splurge on a farm where only your spit is found in the product. I don't mean to be a smart ass but you seem like an obsession based over controlling jerk, so really it's not my fault at all- just a reflex. Without them chewing gum, you'd next be complaining about bad breath demanding their personal hygiene be brought into question bcuz they had a bacon wrapped hotdogs with onions for lunch. If it's not one thing with you people is something else, you = never satisfied. P.S. when you flush the toilet, poop particles fill the surrounding 5ft minimum of air. You may contemplate moving your tooth brush and loofah ;)

How is it possible that I ordered from the Von's delivery service, after the delivery was delivered with none of the freezer or refrigerator items in the bags I was told that they don't deliver. I paid $ 177.00 and got about $25.00 worth of food.
