Room is quite small but for the price, it’s fine. Love the bathroom. Housekeeping left some things in the bathroom from the previous occupant, fixed right away. The walls are paper thin. We heard a couple fighting in the middle of the night and had to call the front desk because it sounded pretty bad. The pool was out of service and the spa apparently hasn’t opened since 2020. I wish they told you this prior to booking. There is a small keurig machine. Refrigerator in your room with an added fee. I don’t understand the daily $20 resort fee because this isn’t a resort if you can’t use the pool and spa. There isn’t any shopping for the exception of a jewelry store and a “essentials” store with snacks and ugly sweatshirt and sweatpants. The Chandler Steakhouse was amazing. Not a lot of dining options either. Mostly fast food style stuff.

Nice small casino to go to for the night to hangout. Went over to the South End Market to grab a bite at Bill's Diner. Be prepared cause the line is long, but definitely worth the wait. Good food at good prices. Small casino area but enough to give you a little bit everything you are looking for. I did not stay in a room so can't speak about that. Overall a good place and worth the time to check it out. *Will update when I visit again as this was a quick trip.*

I've been at this casino a few times. I like that it's only 30 minutes from home and right off the highway although this last time I went there was road construction and I got off a different exit and relied on GPS to get me there. Parking is easy. Door to elevators easily seen. The casino itself is nice and has around 2500 slot machines. I saw a sign for a poker room and passed some gaming tables as well. My only dislike at this particular casino is the fact they do not have many eating places. Each time I go I went to the same place. This time I had the chicken tender basket that comes with fries and I bought a soda. The cost was $13. It tasted good, good portions and filling. Would have been smarter to bring a soda from the gaming floor which is free and saved $2.50 on the cost of my lunch. No money won on the slots which seem rather tight. But it was a fun day and I will be sure to visit again.

It’s a beautiful interior design for a smaller space, very clean and comfortable.Dislike no fridge to keep drinks cool, ice bucket it’s super small. Also no bath, bummer. However BEAUTIFUL big shower! Casino has very early hours for the store, it closed at 8pm.If you are hungry after 8 good luck finding a restaurant in downtown Springfield that has decent food because they all seem to close at 8-9pm so purchase what you need before you stay at the hotel..they won’t have what you need here no stores really. I know the economy thing is hard, but not accommodating if no fridge in rooms or places to get food/wine/drinks in the building past 9pm. Leaves no options but going to a bar and paying way too much.
