Clean room, well stocked, pool was warm and clean. No major complaints. The front desk staff was really not considerate or helpful, but that's such a short part of the stay that it's ignorable. The location really leaves a lot to be desired - quite loud all night with cars revving engines outside. But if you are staying here you know that's it's centrally downtown.

GREAT hotel in a GREAT location. We were in town from California for my UMASS graduation. We chose this HOTEL and it was an AWESOME decision. We booked two rooms. The hotel put them right next door to each other. THANK YOU. Rooms were large spacious and very clean. We had one K and one with 2 Q's. Very comfortable beds. The staff at the Front Desk were AWESOME. The MGM CASINO is right across the street so we had a blast at the Casino and then had dinner at the RED ROSE PIZZERIA.......sooooooooo tasty!!! In the morning the HOTEL had a plentiful and delicious breakfast! THANK YOU SO A GREAT STAY!

Super hotel!!! I am very picky about cleanliness and aesthetics of the room, and this was superb. Very clean - the tub/shower sparkles. Room is very modern and updated. Beds are as comfortable as ours at home. Staff has been great too.

My wife and I stayed there for a last minute overnight and were extremely happy and impressed. Staff were all happy and helpful. The room was clean and included a small fridge and microwave. Free parking in the back lot. Pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included, which was a bonus! It is centrally located between the "museums" of Springfield (our daytime activity) which are a short walk, the "arena", across the street (which had a hockey game\ didn't go) and the MGM Casino (Our night time activity) just a block away. Not to mention all the local restaurants. All in all we both gave it an A+.
