They feed you! Theodore's is beyond 5 stars! Food is superb! There wasn't one bad dish! The meat is smoked to perfection and falls off the bone. They don't drown the meat in sauce. The mac and cheese has just the right amount of cheese! The gumbo is out of this world...Highly impressed! Trust me, this will be your go to for real barbeque!!!Ryan is first class! The food is amazing, staff are friendly and attentive and who doesn't love Blues! Burnt ends are a must and Theodores has the best in New England. This place is over an hour drive for me and worth it every single time. Go once and you'll keep going back; never had a bad meal and have gone for years.

Great BBQ in the heart of downtown Springfield. Great selection of appetizers and platters to cover every taste. Whether grabbing a snack or a meal there is a decent selection of drafts and bottles to pair with your meal. Variety of house sauces to add to the flavor of your meats. Sweet potato tots are a great substitute for regular fries. Good desserts to finish your meal.
