Twice now I've purchased a belt from the Hamilton TSC. Both times the belt broke in the adjusting mechanism after only wearing 3 times or less. They would not return or exchange the belt. It was a few days over 30 since purchase. So I basically paid $60 for 2 belts to wear a total of 5 times. Never purchasing from TSC again! Also manager was rude and acted like how dare I come to her for help.

In small town NY everything closes early. Our toilet seal busted at 745pm! We called TSC and asked if they had one and would stay open long enough for us to run out and buy it (we got there at 8pm and left at 805). They had it ready to go when we got there! They have always been super helpful, but this was above and beyond!
