Could have been friendlier and at least smiled at us while checking in to visit our daughter who was camping there. I thought they seemed rude. And the camp sites are pretty small. There was no room to even set up the corn hole boards. And the fire pits are between the camper and the driveway everyone uses. It seemed kinda weird. I wasn't impressed but my daughter who was the one actually camping there was fine with it.

Second trip to this wonderful campground! The staff, super awesome. Let's start with the check-in. Was very simple and easy and staff took us to our site. Now the site. Site was 50 amp. We had 2 sewer hookups. The electric hookup is high off the ground so surge suppressor works with no issues. They have cable with 65 station available. Wifi is available but in 60 minute increments. We did have 3 bars cell service so wifi is nice but not necessary. Newer galvanized picnic table with newer lumber. Site is very spacious. It was a back in right next to the playground area. Playground area is new from the last time we were here. They have basketball, swings, volleyball, slide and many places for kids to run around. They have an arcade and game room as well as mini golf. There is a small lend library. There is also horseshoe pits. There are tent sites as well. The campground is fairly large and lots of places to walk or to take your dogs for a walk. There is a swim area in the reservoir. There is boating and kayaking. There is also lots of sky! Bring binos or a telescope as there are lots of areas to see the stars. They have a really nice store with lots of campground memorabilia. Wood is priced really good. The only thing I would change would be concerning the NEW play area. Lights should go out during quiet hours. Kids are there, loud, cursing past 11:00. They were observed climbing and bending the light poles around the main play area. Not only will this damage the lights, it could cause children to fall and get hurt. The front office should put cameras as well as a loud speaker to be able to view what is going on as well as telling children to leave after quiet time. Overall, for couples or families, I would recommend this campground. From our camp site, the sunrises were spectacular! We will definitely visit again.

My fiance and I go camping here often, the owners are great and very friendly and accomodating. Everyone you pass smiles and waves, overall friendly place. There are lots of activities for the kids on weekends, as well as a nice swimming area and an awesome mini golf course! We love it there

LOUD!!!!! There are mostly seasonal campers here, and they like to party! Last night they were going until 11:30pm, talking, laughing, shouting at each other, and blaring their country music. This campground obviously doesn't observe quiet hours, which is a shame for people who like to get a good night sleep. I was also less than impressed with the young children allowed to speed around on golf carts, many times we would see 4-6 kids on a golf cart with adult. (and no helmets I may add). That is not the campground's fault, but I was not impressed with the lack of safety rules.
