Great place to just come in and look around. They have a huge collection of comics, statues, classic/original figures and newer figures. Wish they had a larger selection of NECA figures though. Only thing I didn't like was the mark up on all their figures was pretty substantial. But it is not as bad as many other places.

I love coming over here mainly to get my collection of funko pop. They dont always carry the whole set but when a new movie comes out or a popular anime, they sure do carry those Funko Pops. It does sell very fast so I learned it the hard way. That's why when I am here and I see certain pops that are part of my collection I buy it right away. I go between this store and FYE. Action figures are everywhere and so is nendoroids. This is one of my favorite place to go to in Carlsbad.

Right now we are only buying comics in bulk starting at 1000 books and we are only buying books dating from the early 1980s and earlier. If you have a sizable collection (100 plus) of earlier books, say from the 1960s back, we're also interested in those! If your collection meets those requirements we ask that you call our El Cajon location at (619) 441-8833 where you can set up an appointment with our owner to look over your collection. We do not pay the secondary market price for them, so if you are looking to make a profit off of your collection or you just have a few pieces, we would recommend selling them to fellow collectors online. Unfortunately, we do not appraise items. We recommend purchasing an Overstreet price guide for pricing large amounts of comics from the 1970's back. If you only have a couple hundred books, checking ebay listings can give you a good idea of market price.

Hi! Unfortunately at the moment our system is not set up for Apple Pay. Our machine will accept Samsung, but it can be touch and go. We recommend our customers pay with card or cash just in case our machine is feeling uppity!
Thanks for asking! We are emphasizing social distancing, which is easy in our very large store! All of our employees are masked and we require masks that fully cover the nose and mouth to be worn at all times by customers in our store. Because of this, we do not allow customers to eat or drink within our store. We also sanitize our surfaces regularly throughout the day, have barriers up at our cash registers, and provide hand sanitizer and clean pens at our registers! Feel free to ask if you have any further concerns!

We do not currently have any Banana Fish figures, unfortunately. I have not seen any available from our distributor, but I will keep an eye out! New products we receive, including anime figures, can be found regularly on our instagram @comicsnstuffcb in our stories and in the the New Releases highlight!

We have a large stock of Modern Era books, but we are always interested in taking a peek at collections from the 1970's back, especially if you have a large quantity! (starting at 200 books or so!)
