Literally hell on earth. This place is cursed and the pharmacy helps nobody. I have so many awful stories with this place but just know, the staff sucks and this is truly the WORST place on earth.

Hands down the worst CVS location I’ve ever been to. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Probably the worst store of any type I’ve been to. Staff is apathetic on a good day. Openly hostile when they feel like it. The pharmacy is a complete nightmare. On any given day there will be a new rule seemingly at the whim of whoever you speak to (you need a prescription for home covid test insurance coverage, we don’t take UPS packages, despite the sale sign that item isn’t on sale). It’s been rebranded CVS y Más. I call it CVS y Menos.

Nomore Junk

Trying to get a hold of someone is pure hell. There is an automated system that is the worst. It kept sending me on a cycle over and over again. To get actual help you’ll have to go to the store in person. Beside that the staff is usually very friendly and helpful. The company itself, needs to do better with urgency around its automated system.

Website says open till 11. I came at 9:55 and they told me they were closed even though people were still shopping. I explained that my roommate has COVID and I’m picking him up medicine. Three employees gave me the silent treatment and walked away as I repeatedly stated why I was there. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe
