Great salon for black women to go and get their hair done in almost any style or treatment except braiding. They work with you to make sure you get the look that you want. Only caution is to get pricing details upfront. Sometimes if it's not clear what is happening the final bill can be a surprise. Not by too much, though. My only surprise was a $20 added treatment in addition to my regular stuff and that caught me off guard. Anna is the boss at short haircuts!

This salon needs to figure out their prices. I went here months ago with my hair washed. I just wanted a blow out. They told me $55 dollars no matter if i washed my Hair. I ask the lady who gave me the price is that the regular price for a wash and set, she said yes. Go back a few weeks later to get a wash and blow + trim and was charged $83 dollars????? The lady who gave me the price said a wash and set on natural medium hair is $65, with a trim being $15 dollars. Why is a trim $15 dollars when they really only dust the ends. I spent close to $100 dollars for it to last less then a week. These salons are charging ridiculous prices on natural hair and can’t even manage. There should be no reason why I’m getting charge extra because my hair is thicker or longer. They should me their price list (which isn’t posted anywhere in the salon) but wouldn’t let me take a picture. I’m sure because they do not want to be held to the pricing. I don’t agree on switching the prices base on hair texture. Im the type of person who is loyal to a salon when i see that they are consistent on the type of service they provide. Will definitely not be visiting again

Even though the ladies were courteous and very professional, and the service was not bad, I even considered going back because I loved how Rosa styled my hair. Now, I honestly REGRET getting my hair done at this hair salon. I came here on February 23. I had my natural hair deep conditioned, a blowout, and styled. And I don’t know what they put in my natural hair, but it is now partially loose, wavy, and somewhat straight in some sections. And it’s so damaged that hair keeps coming out, and now I’m going to have to cut all my hair off because it’s so broken and thin. Ladies, be wary of the service you get here because they do not cater to natural hair.
