Brought in my laptop recently since I was quoted a $1,600 motherboard replacement by the laptop manufacturer to fix my issue. When I first called on the phone to ask about motherboard repairs and explain my situation, Erik kindly offered to waive the diagnostic fee on my device. Within a couple of days, I was able to bring my laptop in, get it repaired, and start using it again. This was all at just a quarter of the price the laptop manufacturer had quoted me too. The service was quick, customer friendly, and not financially overbearing. Much better than trying to get anything done through the laptop manufacturer. Thanks Erik!

I just stopped at the store to show my laptop which was damn slow, not referred by anyone. "Mr. Eric" told me, he can fix it and make it 10x faster. I am an IT guy, I just didn't believe it. I told him go ahead. He gave a price quote and told me bla bla bla. I just left the store without any hopes. When I saw laptop after he finished his job it was like "Wow". It was EXCELLENT. Now, my laptop on par with latest laptops which is more than 5 yrs old. If you have any issues, just let him have a look at it and go from there. Mr. Perfect.
