Horrible service. No restroom but what do the workers use. Manager was rude and should not be managing a restaurant period. If we spending all this money in your restaurant and paying your salary then we should be able to use the restroom. This was not the first time...it is disgusting that your restaurant treat customers that way. What if my wife who is pregnant needed to use the restroom. I also witnessed the manager be rude to an uber driver. She needs to go.

As much as the door dasher did not deliver my food. The General manager KYHANNA, I am so sorry if I am spelling her name incorrectly was the best of all. She was sweet she was understanding and make sure I did get food! And because of her I will make sure me and my friends order from Astoria wingstop always! She is a very wonderful individual

I just want to say I’ve gone to MANY wing stops and I am a WING FANATIC. Like literally, I eat more chicken wings than I drink water. The staff at this place are amazing! Trenton was so patient on the phone and double checked my order. The second I got there (which was a minute after midnight) he was prepared and made sure I got my food. Jose (the cook) HOOKED our wings up and they’re amazing! I hope they know I had a really terrible day today and them just being so professional and curious made my day so worth it. I recommend this spot x1000, good work all of you! Amazing!

Staff was great, service was fast & mostly accurate. Only thing is they didn’t give me one of my sauces I had ordered but that was fine cus I had sauces from another wings combo. I didn’t like the Hawaiian but I liked the garlic Parmesan the most, lemon pepper was good but not for me. My bf and his family liked the mild, they said it was just perfect spice wise. Also the voodoo fries were okay, very much overhyped😓 the regular fries taste better, the Cajun in the voodoo fries was too overpowering for me, made my nose runny and I regularly enjoy spicy food.
