Literally the slowest service and very unorganized. I put in an order to pick up for 9pm at 12pm and when I get there at 9:20 (because they never have orders ready on time) it still wasn't ready. I paid for my order after they found it at 9:30. I didn't get my actual order until a little after 10pm. I was being extremely patient due to the wing day promotion but after seeing multiple people come in after me and leave before me, I ran out of patience and asked them what was going on with my order. Only after, did my order eventually come out. The employee issued a very half hearted apology but I didn't care to hear it in the moment. I just wanted my food and to get out of there. Never again.

Honestly, why bother? They never pick up the phone. Says the order delivered but 40min have passed and nothing. Their website has no other way of canceling the order or contacting the restaurant. No refund, no contact. Don’t risk wasting your money.

Staff almost never answer if you call at lunch. Dinner is fine. Daytime staff have been extremely rude, unprofessional, and slow. Loud music blaring, staff seemed like they were on drugs and completely out of it. Definitely need management in the daytime, because if this is happening when management is there, I would be extremely shocked because this is not usually my Wingstop experience. When they do pick up on the phone, they are extremely uninterested an act like they don’t even want to take your order. I get that you don’t wanna work, but nobody really does. Get over your attitude
