Love this subway location! I come here all the time and the staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The location is also super clean and the cookies are super fresh.

I TRIED TO LET IT SLIDE BUT I COULDN'T!! I visited this one on Sun 10/11/2020. Between 1&2. The 2 ladies in the front were not friendly at all. No Hi/Hello Greetings. The younger lady asked me did I want something. (I chuckled within bcz obviously, that was why I was there). I asked for the FRESHES ROLL. I feel in my heart that they had some FRESHER then the one she gave. The older Lady gave the younger lady the look as to not go get one. The older lady assisted my Sister (who was behind me). I heard her ask are you ready to order. She was Impatient. Not Friendly at all. The older lady was doing something in the back which I feel she should have stopped doing too assist the customers immediately. She didn't stopped and assist until two other ladies came in and had stood there for a few. This Branch has room for improvement in Customer Service Skills.

This spot is my preferred one. I visit many restaurants but here I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very helpful and the food they serve is so fresh and tasty. I never decline to have a good dinner in this restaurant. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Was there at 9:10 am confused of what time they open checked online they were and there was an employee Inside. Seen me and two other customers confused to why they were closed and just ignored us and kept doing what she was doing. Didn’t even signal a time frame just looked down. I waited for 15 min and got tired of waiting. If you’re busy that’s fine running a bit late that’s fine but when you start to ignore your customers because you’re late then that is horrible customer service. Lost my business for sure. Can’t go anywhere that has poor management to train their employees this way.
