Next time maybe slow down on taking someone order and it may come out correctly. After making me repeat my order back to them still messed it up and gave me something i didnt order

I love El Pollo Loco chicken but the service we got here need to improve. We ordered a16 piece family meal. We asked for 6 avocado sauce cups, and 6 pico cups. We decided before we left that the cups being so small that we didn't have enough pico. We asked the lady helping us for 6 more. She declined because she had given us 12 total already. (Pico,Avocado mix) the manager had to get involved and she easily gave us 6 more pico. We had a large order and the sauce cups are so small. We used to be able to take a much as we liked when it was self serve. I think a better trained employee would have made a huge difference.
