Please do not move here. The staff does not communicate well or get back to residents when they call, send emails, or try to visit the office. The gym and computer lab are just for show, with broken equipment that has been sitting there for nearly a year. Animals die and are just left on the lawn for weeks at a time (see attached image). Spiders crawl all over the mail boxes. When I moved in, my apartment was also littered with cigarette butts in my trash can and on my patio. The recycling area is also filled with actual trash that smells and ruins all of the recycles, but no one ever says anything to residents. Please avoid living here, there are better locations in the area that respect their residents

So far so good. Apartment was clean when I moved in. Road are kept clear. The maintenance is quick and silent. You wouldn’t know they were ever there if they didn’t fix your issue. Admin responds to emails quickly. The gym is pretty half baked. Great if your a runner or aren’t experienced with lifting. If the gym had heavier free weights or a free weight bench press and squat area with a free bar it would be a 5 star. The guided bars are bad for your body as it restricts natural flow of movement

We have a short term lease as we sold our house and are moving out of state. This apartment complex completely lied to us. We have had issues and have not even moved The first issue is that we met with an move in specialist for a complete list of costs. I asked several times if the numbers she have me were all the costs and fees for us and our animals and she stated they were. So we cancelled our appointments with other apartments and started the application process. We quickly found out that there were SEVERAL other fees not included in what she told us for our pets. At which time we lost out on other available apartments that fit our lifestyle and security level. When asked if any fees could be waved, all we got was a sorry and "our staff is new." At this point we were stuck because we already paid non refundable applocation fees and other apartments in the area were leased. Next, we toured the model apartment and was told we would be getting the exact same semi-updated or renovated apartment. She stated that as one reason the rent was higher. I asked what they included and they said laminate floors in the kitchen, new appliances, and new fixtures. The appliances in our apartment are not new. They are actually so old the are yellow instead of white. The carpet is like fiberglass, the counter tops are old laminate with chips. I am used to honest business practices and Elevate on Main has unethical business practices that they try excuse by saying their staff is new. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY 2K FOR A TRASH APARTMENT.
