One of the worst places to eat in Franklin hands down. Tried this place multiple times & each time actually got worse - called it quits after asking for a well done hamburger and getting a 2 second seared hamburger - not even kidding it was a raw hamburger patty between two slices of bread, they must’ve sat it on the grill for a second each side, there wasn’t even sear marks on the actual meat. I don’t even know how you do something like that.

I had a good server and it's been a while.. had a flawless dinner at Applebee's in the past on Greenwood 135 Not too good service.. but Franklin this time I got a good service girl and the kitchen did good this time .... Things were cooked correctly!!!

Always fresh and delicious food!!! Service is courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. The menu is varied from seafood to steak. The environment is very pleasant. I have a pretty good time every time I go.

I pop in here when i visit my daughter on campus once in a while.. Takes a little while to get your order but our servers are ALWAYS amazing!!! So friendly and attentive. Love this crew!
