My first impression is that they have a great and welcoming Staff - and I appreciate that. Not many gyms offer a welcoming spirit. The gym is clean, the equipment works, and the price is great.

This is the cleanest gym I have ever belonged to !! everything is always pristine. I love that you provide cleaning products close to each area. I have SILVER SNEAKERS and it is fantastic that you accept it. I feel, as you have planned, safe,secure,and unjudged! The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming to older members

STAY AWAY, GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE 3rd Visit. Unreal experience. I would rather get cancer than come back here. Bad area/ghetto, if you park in the front (only place with lights) the general manager will watch you on camera the entire time you exercise because she parks illegaly in the handicapped spot every day and shes "entitled" to the only lit up spot in the very front (so have fun getting your windows smashed while you work out!). When she gets REALLY impatient she waits for you to go to the bathroom so she knows exactly where to walk so she can rush you out for that one single parking spot. If you tell her you aren't done using the gym then she will continue to watch you on camera until she meets you at the front counter so she can walk you out. Uncomfortable enough? If you want to tell them it's unwelcoming to harass your customers they will just start screaming "BYEEEEEEE" then look at the floor in shame until you leave. Yea that's what you are paying money for. If confronted at all they just start yelling at you then shut down like they're some kids who never worked in customer service before. Immature, unwelcoming, uneducated management, and staff members at the front are just trained to follow that. Sad people come here on purpose, more sad than getting banned over parking in "her" spot at the gym you paid for. Probably a good thing though, I might have ended up getting stabbed by some gang member if I stayed around this area. Good luck!

This place is pretty dirty. I took a picture of the curtains in the shower. There is mold all over them. They are constantly dirty. They never clean them I guess the managers tell the employees to clean the place and the employees just do the easiest thing which is grab the duster and dust things that don't need to be dusted like the top of the lockers or the top of the machines. There will be a puddle of urine in the bathroom stalls and they just ignore that stuff and just dust everything that doesn't need to be dusted. Everyone dust everything everyday. There's no need to dust anymore guys management needs to tell these guys what to clean actually manage them employees. The showers are dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting. So bad to sometimes I see gym members cleaning up because the employees won't do it properly
