Stood in line 10 minutes to find they could not take cash. I would not use a card for a$1.35 item. Not happy with this store.

An employee named Dee was most helpful in the furniture dept. He was kind, attentive and informative .I purchased a Trundle Bed ...he has great customer service skills..Great job.I have a Big Lots closer to my home but definitely would buy again at Clarence Store again.

They promised to hold one of a supposed 3 vacuums for me which was a totally false promise. None of our stores carried what I wanted. The manager today was kind and did what she could. I had to get a much more expensive vacuum, the store would not consider a big discount for my trouble.
