So Seductive

The employees at this location are very rude, and not friendly or welcoming. I was not asked if I needed some assistance or help with finding anything. But the employee chose to follow me around the store and profile me as if I was suspicious when I had no bag or coat on. The cashier was rude and did not greet me and this happens every time I go in here. I haven’t shopped here since last year and now I see why. They need to do better at customer service and if a customer seems shady or they want to objectify you because of your race. As many people that we’re in the store, maybe communication would have been a better result, than mindlessly following a shopper that you hadn’t asked if they needed assistance. It saddens me to have to write this, especially when it’s your own kind in the community that you live in. All I’m asking is that you do better at making people feel welcomed in your store, and I will probably never shop here again.

Hello world, Big lots the store that has more. Somebody prices are low pricey but I guess when they give you the discounts at all pans out. The store is a nice size but it seems like every time I'm in there everything just look giant to me I don't know if it's because I'm short or what but a lot of stuff that I need is always going to Top shelf hell the staff is cool cuz they do help me if I don't know where something is they assist me and I love that they're polite friendly and nice. And this is a store that has a little bit of everything. Have a beautiful and blessed day ❤️
