I love how it is close to the Buffalo Campus. The hot tub is amazing. The gym is amazing. I like the game room area. The rooms are very cozy. The staffs are super caring and friendly. When I needed help, they made sure to help me. I can’t wait to go back to this complex again.

I like the apartment, it has gym, lobby and quiet libraries. Annemarie who is the working there was really kind and carefully showed everywhere to me she was so calm and professional and make me comfortable to ask any question that I have. In short, this is good place specifically for students.

This is the best place. The people are friendly, the place is clean and modern, and the amenities are exceptional. The gym is all new and work out. There’s a games room and a projector! Studying rooms! I never want to leave this place! Shout out to Nick, Matteo, and Big Al. You make Axis 360 a home.

Probably one of the longest residents that have lived here Been living here since 2019,so over 2 years, things were good at the start, love the people that work here but upper management is horrible, at the last straw with the disrespect that I’ve had take, especially as a person of color. They treat u so much differently compared to the other residents, if You have an issue and call management they basically tell you that we don’t care enough to resolve it and that you can leave and cancel your lease. Due to me living here for over 2 years , I have a pretty low rate compared to other people living in a 2 bedroom, so they try and push you out to make space for new tenants who would pay the newer rates. So for being loyal and staying with them for over 2 years all you are going to get is disrespect and attitude from management . Been living here for way too long for upper management to be talking to me like that in my own home, thank you
