Took my car here in December to get my winter tires put on and when I go to pick it up the guy told me they threw in a power steering fluid flush for free. 6 months later my power steering is shot, so I take it in to a local (non-corporate) mechanic and he tells me the whole system needs to be replaced except for the pump. He said if Mavis didn’t use Honda power steering fluid then that easily could’ve caused this. And we know they didn’t use Honda fluid, because whatever they used was bright red, and Honda’s isn’t. So basically this shop’s negligence cost me over $1,500 in repairs by doing something I didn’t even ask for and they didn’t tell me about until after they did it.

Excellent! The great service provided by this location started when I called to make an appointment for my flat tire. They were extremely patient, kind, and professional as I asked a BUNCH of questions and I kept calling back. They were so sweet! Then upon arrival I was greeted with a warm and friendly (yet still professional) greeting from the guy behind the desk. I was given about a thirty minute wait expectancy and they delivered within that timeline. Now my cars tire is good as new, and the pricing was very fair. I found my new tire shop for sure!
