We have gone to Charlie's quite often. Today I purchased a beef on weck and corned beef on rye. The beef was good. The corned beef, however, was not. It was so salty I could barely eat it, the rye bread was very pungent. I have gotten the corned beef before, but this was disappointing. For a $ 12.00 sandwich, I expected better.

Charlie the Butcher's is a great place with a comfortable atmosphere and mouthwatering menu! Our favorite is half beef, half turkey on weck and it never disappoints! They have seemingly endless dessert options if you have a sweet tooth as well! The history behind the business is really impressive, which you can read about while you wait for your order!

Same classic sandwich of tender beef on a perfect Kimmelweck roll, so delicious. Whenever driving through it is worth the stop. The onky negative is the flavor of the off brand fountain soda.

One of Buffalo’s delectable little secrets. They make amazing beef on weck, delicious fried fish, fresh pastries, soups, and more. It’s a bit expensive but well worth it for genuine Buffalo cooking. The Polish style cheesecake is like a tasty custard cake and will surprise those who are use to NY style cheesecake. Everything was so so good!
