Absolutely the worst services. You’ll get an email stating it’s out for delivery just for them to email you an hour after delivery time changing the date to Monday. I would never use this company if I had a choice. Absolutely lazy, don’t tell me it’s out for delivery and not deliver because your driver wants to go home early on Friday🖕🏼✌🏼👌🏻

Never ues ups your package doesn't get deliver on time they always make excuses horrible customer service they hold your package until God knows how long before you even tell you and say they delivered your packages when they didn't even bother to attempt to deliver it

Not cool! My package was delivered 5 houses down. Luckily, it was one of the good neighbors. Either you're drivers don't know how to read addresses or they just don't care.

Did you track your package using your tracking number? Sometimes they might be delayed, or maybe you can call the UPS Customer Center and tell them about your problem, maybe they can help

Yes, you must drop off between 4:30PM and 6:00PM, not much of a window, alternately you can drop off at the UPS store in the Safeway shopping center, they have realistic operating hours.
