Nice and quiet. Mainly full time residents, haven't seen any campers with tents, but they do have spots for them...summer time lots of shady willow trees and green grass...

The place is a little smelly. DISCLAIMER YOU HAVE TO PAY IN CASH OR CHECK NO CARD. Which wasn't mentioned. The owner was a little rude but we only stayed one night. I would go again but only for a night. EDIT: This review was before the new ownership and I'm not sure if it's the same now

Best rates my neighbor lady is AWESOME. Not had any p roblems Jay's been great. UPDATE: August 2021 New owners & management. They don't talk much. Argue with there manager tho... Nobody bothers me. Showers are Bunko... Only first one has Hot Water... $5 in quarters to realize it!!
