Employee Nick Rossi is a thief and using Auto Zone to swindle money while he's on the job! Diagnosed my car, said he would order the part, charged me $260 on his personal phone and didn't fix it or return my money. If this is the type of people Auto Zone hires STAY AWAY! I ordered my parts online for pick up and went to the store at Saturday @ 4:45 pm and called the curbside pick up number for 15 minutes straight nobody picked up the phone and the 2 employees came out and locked the door and said we’re closed. I told them I was calling curbside side for 15 minutes and the guy said we’re done. I’m disabled and was counting on curbside service. I canceled the order and went to Napa who was happily to help me. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER AUTOZONE AGAIN SMH SHIFTLESS WORKERS!
