Worse customer service. Night manager today June 5th and loss and prevention David have to be disciplined. This has never happened to me as a professional accountant. David was busy calling the cops on me saying I am black 6 foot. When is that prejudice gonna stop? I have money to pay that Mexican for a year horrible customer service none of my friends or family will come back to that racist store.wake up this is 2022

Always to go to store to check out. JC Penny has a lot of collections in clothing and footage selection. It is true in other departments too :=)

I got some really great priced Dockers pants for 40% off! A woman named Bobbie was very helpful, along with a few other employees who helped direct me to where I needed to look. Jcpenny definitely has better prices than other department stores, and still great quality and selection.

Placed an online order and the staff could not locate it. They were able to replace my order from stock available in the store. I, most likely, won't be placing orders to pick up at the store....as an update...I found the same item from above that was, once again, on sale. On the JCP website, it showed I could visit the store, give them the posted code and take the item....not true! I tried buying the item and was told I would have to place an order online and I should have the customer service department order it for me. I went to customer service, they told me I would have to have the item shipped to the store and then come back and pick them up. I told them that wasn't going to happen, especially since their website said I could visit the store. They finally had me bring up a coupon code and go back to the original department. So, what should have been a five minute transaction, turned into thirty minutes...very sad.
