ANIMAL CRUELTY! They knowingly trapped live cats that were living underneath/ inside of the building by sealing off all of the openings that the cats were using. Now they are trapped without food or water AND WILL DIE.

We moved in last week and we’re having a great experience! The office ladies are great even months before we moved in they have been super sweet and always answered all of our questions, our dishwasher wasn’t working when we moved in and maintenance came within 10 minutes! All the negative reviews on here had me worried when we looked at this place but I wouldn’t change it for the world! Best decision my husband and I’ve mad was choosing to move here. Easy move in! Very welcoming! Nice people! Big apartments! Feels like a house, you can’t go wrong. With all apartment buildings you have issues just like with a house that is to be expected, don’t be a Karen ladies and gents :)

I would've definitely give 0 stars to all of the Ridge apartment. Wouldn't really tell me the truth about why my 3 type of income wouldn't approve of me and my children moving there but accepted two people I know that makes the same amount as me but deny me something don't sound right. I would have never though to get denied twice when I can clearly pay the rent even during a pandemic you still have to make move then they expected. All the money I show proof that I make or saved it is never enough to them but you know places likes these will deny you if you have enough to move in and also they couldnt help you if you needed that help. Pine ridge Emerald ridge all denied me and now I know they all are working against me I see I have been trying to move for two years from the home I am at. I got people to do their application and still that was never enough for any of these people to even help me out a little bit,

If I could give no stars I would!!!!!! I guess my other comment got deleted! I've only been here 4 months and since day 1 I've had and issue!!!! Contact the office multiple times and that lack in customer service and care when they promote high level of customer service is very distasteful!!!! I've have had issue from contaminated dishwasher, ceiling leaks, rude staff, maintenance disabled my alarm and camera system and management did nothing!!!! I'm currently dealing with a life and safety issue that management has not responded on that they created!!!! I had to get legal on this place!!! Corporate hung up on me, when I reached out. I've been a property manager and the level of non care this property gives, I wouldn't recommend my enemy to live here!!!! I regret moving here, cant wait to my lease it up!!!!! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!

Kimberly, 2-bedroom apartments range from $985-$1,035 per month. There will be a unit available for the first week of February. The deposit could be anywhere from a month’s rent to a month and a half depending on the credit of the applicant. Additionally, there is an application fee as well as $100 to hold the apartment.
Hi Marie! We have three laundry facilities in the community located in the 500, 1800, and 2300 buildings. Each has eight washers and eight dryers.
