This place actually is a zero star. Doesn’t fix anything bug and squirrel problems and maintenance people come in and out the apartment with no notice and barely fixes anything . No difference between upgraded and non upgraded apartments same no fixing and appliances barely work. However, work orders have been placed and they are blaming it on material not coming. We have just put curtains up because they can’t fix the track due to materials being hard to get in right. Let’s talk about how our AC barely works and is causing my electric bill to go through the roof. The AC guy that switched the thermostats said the system is very old and should have been replaced a long time ago because the pandemic even happened. There’s no excuse for this at all. If they don’t have the material to maintain the property they should be lowering everyone’s rent. We had a problem with our stove with the first month of moving into an “upgraded apartment” and couldnt use for an entire month and of course they refused to take some money of the rent for their inconvenience. We didn’t have a pool this summer because they are “fixing it”. They should have come off our rent too. The new management isn’t any better then the old management. Don’t let this place fool you. You’re better off looking at a better place. Should have known better and just moved when our lease ended.

I been in this apartment for a long time and every year it gets worst they refuse to fix anything in my apartment after several service requests they painted my ceiling but it was water damage so they never came back out to fix sink was replace but told me I had to buy my own sink cover, patio door been broken for 5yrs after told them I need a new track. vent in bathroom broken they never came to fix so I just replaced it air conditioner been broken for months finally had outside company come and look at at it they explained system is 20yrs old need to replace whole air conditioner and he can't believe apartment let this go for so long because all the wires are in they wrong spot and could cause a fire. Our apartment charge for everything so be prepared and some maintenance men need training cuz some things they don't know how to fix

Twilight Princess

The worst part about living here is you never get a hold of anyone when something goes wrong, and believe me something will go wrong. You get a default answering machine *call the leasing office* that never picks up the phone. I came back to this review today to write another complaint as I have been living here for 4 years now so I have many of them. Even had to call coorperate a few times.
