They are really amazing! They allowed us to throw a last minute birthday party today. It was clean and everyone was nice.

Just had my 40th birthday party here in the Pearl room on 11/4/17. When I went to view the different rooms, I met with a lady named Michele. She allowed me to see all they had to offer so I was able to decide which one would fit my fuction. She worked around my schedule for the payment as my party was a month after I contacted the hall. She also reviewed in detail the contract with me and was available for any questions I had regarding the hall. The hall does have a parking lot but charges 5 bucks. There is no place for cooking but your caterer should handle that and lastly, they provide the bartender if you are serving alcohol. The night of my party at set up Michele was there and things were running smoothly, however after she left, we had a couple of hiccups. I did prepay for and requested 3 parking spaces up front as I had 3 handicap guests. While they did accommodate those guest, in the middle of the party, I was asked to have them move their cars. My only other issue was the gentleman who I guess was managing the halls.. he was rude and a little obnoxious for no reason. He also made a scene after the party which I felt was inappropriate and uncalled for. I can tell the halls works to be professional and accommodating therefore I will not hold one employee's behavior against the entire experience I received overall. I was able to contact Michele the next day and tell her what happened. I was also able to speak directly to the owner to express my concerns. All in all this was the party of my dreams and the hall did everything within their power to accommodate me and my guests. Their bartender respectfully monitered my guests intake without being offensive, the hall was clean and provided everything on the contract and worked with me for last minute changes. I received a call from the hall the day of my event to make surre I had everything I needed.. And best of all, I received my security deposit back at the end of my event. I would highly recommend this place to others, and the only suggestion I would make would be to possibley have someone with a better temperament monitor the parties than the guy that was there that night. My party went off without a hitch. I received everything I was contracted to receive. Initial contact and follow up was great. Bartender was Awesome and I had a night to cherish.

In the room we had there were not burners. But there was a microwave. We used food warmers to keep our food warm
