I had an order and it said delivered but there is nothing turn up on my house. I tried to email you but it nearly a month and haven’t heard anything about it. That is so disappointed. And my package is 300 dollars. I had been pay for nothing but bad service.

I don't understand how this stores schedule operates. The website says they open at 10 Saturday and Sunday. I show up st 10.40 and it's still close. I have tried going to this store a few times during the day hours and sometimes the doors are closed with no signs or anything. I try calling the store to see if they are open and there is never an answer. It's inconvenient for the people that are driving distance and when you arrive it's just closed.

I ordered some Items from fashionnova on the 24th of November 2021, the items got returned and I was issued a gift card, I re-ordered on the 11th of January 2022 (#88288486) to be delivered on the 25th of January, I checked my tracking on the 25th just to see it has been sent back again to LA. Please refund my money, I don’t want another gift card, this is a total waste of my time

Second srew up in the row for this guys! So they shipped my order and did not add the entire adress so it gets send back to them and now they took it upon themselves to just give a store credit minus the shipping I paid and will have to pay again if I use that credit which I am not I am done.
