This goodwill is garbage. Every time I go to donate they got some excuse as to why they aren't taking items or they are closed when online clearly shows their hours. So I decided to walk in and ask. The young lady told me that the donation center basically makes up their hours and she can't tell me when a good is to come back because everyday is different. And when I do get to donate I get harassed as to what items I'm donating like my items are trash? I've probably had 2 at most good interactions with employees and service at this location

Very clean and organized plus the employees are sooo sweet . Lots of clothes.

The women cashiers are rude no class no respect towards customers then they have bathrooms they don't let for the public but they want you to spend their outrageous prices everything is almost the same price ridiculously high prices for some really trashy stuff and then they don't even know if it works so you have to go to the trouble trying to find out if it works or find a plug that somebody pulled out into it somewhere else cuz they don't have nothing organized or know where it's at I wouldn't go there there's better places to go

One of my favs Thrift Shops and go to store since I moved to Riverside; love the staff always pleasant and welcoming, and you can not beat the deals and selection. My thing is to dress up and I've never failed to find the eye catching stuff I love to wear here; honestly I rather buy at Goodwill and know that I help reduce waste AND help Transform lives💪🏻

I called at 4 pm on a Monday, and they said they would take my drop off donation until 7pm., I spoke with two people. I went to drop off at 5:15pm and the person said they closed at 5 and no one was there to receive my donation. I let her know I called earlier and so she said let me check with my manager and then hung up:(
I think u need to speak with one of the customer service representative I'm order to get that information ......But since everything is donated they should donate it back to a need family...... GOD BLESS YOU CHRISTOPHER SWANSON 🙏🙏🙏🙏 😇
Well depends if you really want to donate it because they dont actually donate anything they resale everything and at practically its retail price the only way you can actually donate it there is after 10pm so that instead the homeless will share it amongs themselves other then that youre only donating it to whoever the shareholder of that goodwill actually is personally id rather go around giving the clothes to any homeless person because i promise you they know someone that could use it more then just about anybody and bless your heart if thats what you end up doing &im only against goodwill practices because ive been homeless before out in the cold & when i asked these dirtbags for one they said they couldnt because it all had to be resold at a fraction of the price and i asked them politeally smh so i waited until after hours and someone dropped acouple things off and not only did i get a jacket but i also hooked up 3 others that i knew really needed it or eventually would.

For the riverside location, it's best to call from 10 am to noon. If donations are open, get down there asap as they will fill up fast. Usually within 2 hours.
Yes the Goodwill on Magnolia and Elizabeth across from the Ralph's shopping center is open every day from 10:00am until 8:00pm. It has been open a little more than a month and you MUST wear a mask and practice social distancing of 6 ft. The dressing rooms are closed. But hey- it's open. I have heard that the Goodwill on LaSierra Ave. has not reopened.
