I purchased a 2018 Mazda 3 Touring with 15,423 miles on it. The car was physically located in North Carolina. I wanted a red car with light pleather / leather interiors. This car came close to 100% what I was wanted. It is red with black AND beige interior. There was a $200 delivery fee to my nearest CarMax location, which happened to be Langhorne, NJ. CarMax tells you that it can take up to 14 days to be delivered which in my case it was delivered very close to the 14 days limit. I couldn't wait to get the car so I didn't wait for them to call me to let me know I can pick up the car. I headed out with a friend a few days after receiving a call that my car was delivered to the location. I did not even schedule an appointment but I suggest you do schedule an appointment. When I arrived at the location, I was received well and only had to wait about 10 minutes for a sales person. I was helped by Quran Gordon. He was very pleasant and the process went smoothly and effortlessly. This CarMax location does not work on a commission sales incentive. Keep in mind that I already had chosen the car, I did a preliminary finance application on CarMax's website and REALLY wanted the vehicle. I made their job easy! I would definitely recommend CarMax, especially for buyers who DO NOT have a lot of money for a down payment or has less than good credit. I witnessed all around me sales people working with the above mentioned population. The sales people really worked hard to get the potential buyers into cars they could afford.
