This place is amazing!! My mom brought in 6 watches to get new batteries. They were ready in 30 minutes and they even replaced a few stones that were missing on one of the watches at no extra cost. The service was above and beyond, pricing was spot on, and the gentleman that helped us was very kind.

Took my Clock , claims batteries leaked and corroded the mechanism, He broke the clock cleaning it, waited 2 months for supposedly new parts, never got parts, never got fixed. Took home a beautiful broken worthless clock, was very reluctant in returning it to me Avoid this place

Jonathan, you may be good at what you do but your customer service was really terrible. Came into have watch resized and the attitude received was terrible. For the sake of your business, hire someone to be the customer facing representative and focus on what you’re good at. You will lose business if you continue to interact with your customers.

Bad customer service and attitude. As a repeat customer I was expecting a better service and more friendly attitude. I walked in 10 minutes to close and asked him to replace the battery for my watch and he refused to do it since it was time to close. Very disappointed with him and his attitude.
